Ambry in the garden eating dirt. July 24, 2010 We had a beautiful little garden this year. We grew tomatoes, peas, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, green beans, green onions, and onions. We did pretty well!

We went to the zoo a lot this summer because we got a family pass. It was always so much fun!

Just Some Fun Pictures

LouAnna Sept 21, 2010
LouAnna took advantage of the last really warm beautiful day of the year and swam in her pool. We were so blessed to have a beautiful fall and a warm September and October.

Cute, easy, cheap Halloween Decorations
I made these with juice and milk jugs. We painted some and covered the others with paper and glue. We put faces on with construction paper and then put a string of Christmas lights in them. Everyone thought they were so cute and LouAnna had to go outside and look at them lit up every night.

Ambry all dressed!
We had a small drizzle of snow on Oct. 26th. LouAnna and Ambry wanted to get dressed up and go outside.

She thinks she is so funny when she puts all these clips in her hair.

Our Kitten- the house climber

We got a kitten and LouAnna named her Candy.
We discovered she can climb our house. Silly Kitty.
Daniel was up on the roof and I climbed the ladder to talk to him. When I looked over, Candy was as high as I was.
She climbed our house! We laughed pretty hard!

Family Photo taken July 16th 2010

Our newest family photo taken by us setting up the camera in our backyard. Pretty awesome for free, I would say.
The girls celebrated their birthday on Sat. July 17th. Ambry turned one and LouAnna turned three.
I made a cake for each of them. For LouAnna- a princess castle cake. For Ambry-a strawberry cake.
We invited Michael, Jamie and cousins over, plus other friends with kids. They swam in their new pool and went down the water slide on the swing set. They all had fun!

August 2009-February 2010

Ambry Ella Borup's Baby blessing! September6th 2009. Ambry was blessed by her father, Daniel. Her grandfathers- Keith and Ron- and her uncle Michael participated in the blessing. We stayed in Shelley, Idaho and blessed Ambry in our home ward. It was fun to have so much family come and stay at our house.
Doesn't Ambry look so pretty in her little blessing dress? I made this blessing dress for LouAnna's blessing. But we went to Boise for the blessing and forgot the dress in Rexburg. So I borrowed a dress for LouAnna from my sister. LouAnna didn't get to wear this dress but Ambry got to.


Halloween! Since we spent so much time on our Wizard of Oz costumes two years ago, we decided to use them again and we made the addition of the TIN GIRL. We think LouAnna made a great little TIN GIRL. She loved the heart that we painted on her cheek. We had a fun Halloween. We helped out the Art Club at the Shelley High School Carnival, then we went to a pumpkin walk and took pictures in the Character Boards. The "WILD THINGS" character board above (that is our blog header) was painted by Daniel. The Art Club as Shelley High School, got asked to paint some character boards and Daniel had fun painting the Wild Things.(10/31/09)

The whole Borup family-- Keith and Judy, Julie and Jonathan, Christy and Jayson, Brent and Jeanette, Matt and Karen, Michael and Jamie got together for Thanksgiving in Idaho Falls. They all stayed in a hotel and we went swimming there. LouAnna is still deathly afraid of water, but LouAnna is such a little water baby and she loved it

News Update

We are doing very well and we are all happy!
Daniel has his appendix removed on January 26th. He is doing much better now. That was a very stressful and hard time, and we were very grateful for all the love and care that our ward and family showed us. We are really grateful that Daniel is healthy and functioning properly now. He only took about 12 days to heal. This experience made us grateful for our health and grateful for health insurance. :)
